Nice to see many new faces but also in a dilemma why very very few familiar faces.Why is that? I wonder these new faces may be replaced by the other new ones in the other upcoming events.
When will "Team" Nodan learn to form the strong "TEAM" with the people who have once joined NODAN and provided contribution and the youth who will join in the coming future to make really a strong "TEAM NODAN"? .....NODAN the club(or must say only few guys) which provides teambuilding training to others must really form a strong team within itself.
Ki kaso??

I agree with your comment. But Where is the common sense wondering?? I mean, when team is formed once, should'nt they commit to remain in team equally with an active involvement. If they are informed about what's going on, do they get involved?? Its all about communication yaar!!

I agree to anonymous to soem extent but the question is
"Do few guys who show off to own the club be responsible enough to grant ownership of the club equally to all the members in the team???"

I think its not just about communication rather the fact is until and unless the ownership and feeling of "TEAM" is there , nothing is gonna work. New faces will come they will be exploited as usual and ..other new faces in the arena again....

Its as simple as possible...but wonder the few guys just pretend not to understand !!!!!

Pearl has raised a very serious issue: why MEMBERS fade away after sometime? WHY? Without delay current Board and dedicated Members must take it seriously and do something to stop this trend. Reason I see is behind is 'NEW FACES' (Youths) gets very impressed by its initial orientation which unfortunately is very very very very 'exaggerated'. Youths instantly get infatuated and join the club in rush hoping to be SUCCESSFUL LEADER, build BETTER PERSONALITY and earn FAME/MONEY. But after sometime they come to realize it's only illusion like a 'Mirage' and in no time they get vanish without a trace. It is very painful to see TEAMLESS of the Club which boasts to help many organizations, corporate houses and to build SUCCESSFUL TEAM.
It's nothing about 'common sense' and 'communication'. It's about genius effort of a REAL LEADER who doesn't consider the Club as his/her Private office and enjoy blowing his own trumpet.

I am impressed with youth not you'th comment. Yes, blowing own trumpet entertains somebody but not make popular leader.REAL LEADER needs to catch up with the trend to lead and maintain genius effort that had been made earlier...

I agree with Pearl N Youth not YOU'th view on REAL TEAM N TEAM work. Yes We are always talking on team and team buildings.. but when we see in our own team and its strengths, we may not have the answers how strong our team is. For making strong team, motivation is must N in the meanwhile the free and fair judgment plays the vital role. Also feeling responsible, making them aware with the clear vision of the organization and self reorganization as well as the clear platform for their initiation N of course the sustainability is crucial. So let's think about it first. Otherwise gathering a large new member is not the solution but it may create the pollution for…………. Although, being in the positive actions always are admirable for all of us. Keep going!!

Reading the above comments i feel that"it is better not to describe about heaven staying in a hail"The things are as clear as a mirror,it is better not need to prove your love and positive feelings making this blog as medium.(KINA BHANE NODAN LAI KASH LE KATI MAYA GARCHHA BHANNI TA USH KO NODAN RA NODANES PRATI RAKHEKO ATTITUDE LE PROVE GARI HALCHHA NI).I am very much socked who got exploited in Nodan? In my experience youth who invest his or her precious time are getting positive benifits but the amounts may differ. To blame other is not solution hoina ra...........
But the thing to think is katai tapain ko valuable time ARU ko blame ra jealous gardai Gayako ta chhaina? Kasaile Ramro Garchha Bhhani Ush ko Khutta Tanni kam Chai Kasto Ho Think Yourself Hai ta.................

It's easy to 'PREACH' glittering words but what count the most, is to practice what you preach. I feel pity on your limited understanding of Blogging and it proves how rational you are to distinguish between Heaven and Hell. So, before come to the conclusion why this 'Youth Voices' blog exist, you should improve your level of understanding the trend of blogging around the world. If you think allowing Youths to express their genuine feedbacks is negative (khutta Tanne kaam), then please don't bother to write your immature positive comment.

Who got exploited in Nodan Club? You have raised one very very important question but your seriousness over this question depends on how long you have been a member in the Club. If it is less than one year, I suggest you, not to play this cheap prank by asking for sake of asking.

Hold on, hold on guys....if you keep your words showing that you really care about "NODAN" in your own way... it sounds great...but action of course speaks louder that words..its showtime...as if countdown has begun to keep account of your valuable time . Try spending productive time in "NODAN" as much as you you feel proud to be called as "NODANEES"

i have heard about the club and much interested to be a member of it because of the youth oriented programmes it has made as heard in the thoroughfares.
