Voice should be counted first ….

Good thoughts and ideas come frequently. One can not hold in its pocket forever. It can be destroyed if it is not implemented in a productive way in the right time. In other hands, being capable is not enough rather best implementation of the ideas, to be the part of the society and become a role model in a professional way is somehow successful in the path of achieving life missions. How can one be the exception in getting such success?

One of my friends always reminds to come with new ideas, voices and focus on specific and be pro-active in social as well as personal existences. He wants to be the initiator and motivator of all, but sometimes he fails to convince those persons even his closed. Still he does not realize that but further foster the new ways to go forward by backing the persons of his opposed.

Different persons come in the power due to their different roles & contributions towards the organizations he/she involved in. They try to fulfill their responsibilities in different ways and manners. When he/she feels that they are the superior than that of others and entire society; the long-term impacts do not support them to be the best. And in that situation they turn into dictatorship rather than to be egalitarianism and inclusion. To become popular and the part of the society, their existences must be counted on his/her contributions. So for making the things be the best part for everyone and reckon the organization for everyone, it is essential to think every individuals as in the entire part and implement the ideas for the welfare of the mass rather than for self-centered or for limited. As far as known, Nodan Club has come a long way from its inception; some hands are there who has really done much more than others. In the meanwhile the whole hands associated to it and well wishers also evenly deserve the right to justify. When you are from the well civilized society and you deserved the major responsibilities in your family and surroundings; you have some hurdles that you neither avoid not you can give hundred percent times towards your organizations or any social group. It means not that you can't be the part of it rather you can share your views; implement your ideas and do the best of it, is counted positively. Making bias is not fair for anyone. Human being is that creation in this world that it always seeks the progress and demands to get some heights in life. Although some observe the heights in closer and some observe far away, still try to play the vital role in their levels to be the best.

If one has become the part of anything, he/she deserves the right to have some creative ideas to make the things he/she associated, thinks for the betterment and asks for the progress, well utilization of financial matters and the way of doing things mannerly. So what can be suggested from all members and well wishers that to play the vital role whatever and however you deserve the status in the Club or organization, but mannerly, inclusively and anticipatorily. Specially, the responsible personalities, they have to give the chance to bring the ideas from all members, give them the best information they required and transparent as well as best utilization of financial and other available resources. It will help the club/organization to be the most optimum destinations and heights.

At the present era, what we believe is that in the power of ideas to change attitudes, we believe in liberty, free and open platform for business; we believe in the pursuit of excellence, we believe that each person holds the power to create positive change, we believe in dreams. Such platform N let's say forum with the bucketful of ideas should be created and open for all. It can make a difference, it gives the change. Belief is that there is no such greater force for changing to the world than a powerful idea. So let's share ideas towards better future. Its time to make a positive difference… we can make such difference.. yes, definitely ourselves..!

Slate black patty turns into a modern Pentium lap top _Raman

Opportunity never comes singing a song nor ringing a bell. We can generate or grip the opportunity implementing our own ideas and vision. I take hold of the chance to study the Sustainable Tourism Marketing Linkages in the year 2006 for six month and 45 days excursion to Europe especially in Netherlands that was a great learning for me to understand the outer universe and the people. I have a juncture from Int'l Great Facilitator Miriam Frijns about learn how to learn and thinking out of the box. Where I was paying attention on how to be a brilliant facilitator. When I rear Nepal, in my individual action plan I thought to earn name and fame contributing tourism that Nepal is carrying a high prospect. As an action I started free tour to different world heritage sites for youth, student and children and got a very positive feed back that is encouraging me to in front.

I started mission education and life skill scheme in the Gatlang Village of Rasuwa a remote district of Nepal which focused on education for student and life skill for youth. Beside these activities I organize many leadership camp, team building exercise, motivation and attitude clinic to different places of Nepal by the means of different innovative games and initiatives which also includes Leadership, Communication, Motivation, Team building, Trust, Attitude, Creative thinking, Problem solving, Art of living, Time management etc firstly in Nepal where different renowned corporate industries are giving a very positive response.

More than 52 training program were organized yearly. Nodan club www.nodan.org.np is being forward as one of the instance organization nationally as well as internationally. These creative, motivate and innovative ideas with active participation are being proved as stepping stone for the progress of the other institutions like Association of youth organization Nepal (AYON) www.ayon.org and other different corporate and social associations.
It is being authenticating that Nepal is not an agricultural country it is a country of tourism. The training starts from modern meditation and ends with Siddhartha solo includes more then 10 different themes. Nodan is the first organization in the world which shows its unique practice using diverse ideas and issues. That is helping us to boost the other artistic, creative as well as resourceful ideas like Youth Green Circle, Nodan Instructors pool, Earth youth center where Youth of Team Nodan are implementing their novel and imaginative trick to enhance themselves further.

I had begun my schooling carrying a slate black patty and stone chalk. I never had think I will achieve this much success in my life. Because of my laborious spirit and keen interest in knowing something differently makes me more curious and active in all activities happening around me. These days I am offered up to 1000$ per program, where a slate black patty turns into a modern Pentium lap top. One village boy who starts his education parallel carrying a bamboo basket to collect fodders for animals today turns to a successful youth leader. A lad who reaches the Katmandu after many days walk starts to fly in a world class airplane which itself prove that impossible is no thing just I’m possible and you are possible. This is my short success story I will come with other success story in the day come.
